📜 IT Policy & Terms for Customers /Users – Mi Karagir Service Platform
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Mi Karagir Service App by customers (“Users”). By registering and using the app, you agree to comply with these terms, policies, and applicable laws.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be 18 years or older to register.
You must provide accurate details, including a valid mobile number, Aadhar card and a selfie for verification.
False or misleading information may result in account suspension.
3. Account Security
Keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Report unauthorized access immediately to support@mikaragir.com.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must:
Use the app only for genuine service requests.
Provide accurate job/work details (Category, work description, budget, location).
Treat Karagirs with respect and professionalism.
Not misuse the app for:Â
Fake job/work postings
Harassment or abusive behaviour
Fraudulent activities
5. Data Privacy & Security
Personal data (selfie, location, contact details, Aadhar card) is collected for verification and service matching.
Data is stored securely and used only for platform operations.
Users must not misuse or share Karigars data outside the app.
6. Job Requests & Bookings
Users can post job/work requests by selecting category, description, budget, and location.
Jobs/work may be assigned to the nearest Karigar or chosen manually.
If no Karigar accepts, the job/work request will auto-cancel.
This is our startup project so that for view online Karagir and accept job/work required some time. Don’t panic. When project run in full phase you will automatically get Karagirs. Keep searching regularly.
7. Payments
Users pay to Karagirs directly (cash/UPI) after work completion.
The platform/company is not responsible for disputes over payment amounts.
Users must confirm job/work completion in the app after payment.
8. Cancellations
Users may cancel a job/work before it is accepted by a Karigar.
If a Karigar cancels, the user will be notified with a reason.
Repeated misuse of cancellations may result in account restrictions.
9. Ratings & Reviews
Users can rate and review Karagirs after job/work completion.
Reviews must be honest and respectful.
Fake or defamatory reviews are prohibited.
10. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, and content remain the property of of Salota Infotech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute app content without permission.
11. Liability & Disclaimer
The platform/company acts only as a digital connector between Users and Karagirs.
The company is not liable for:Â
Service quality
Payment disputes
Damages caused during service
In the event of any disputes, complaints, injury or allegations of fraud, both parties shall be equally responsible for resolving such matters. Company /platform shall not bear responsibility in this regard. All disputes shall be resolved through mutual understanding between the parties (Karagirs and Users), and where necessary, in accordance with the applicable laws of India.Â
12. Termination of Account
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:Â
Fraudulent activity
Misuse of the platform
Harassment or misconduct
13. IT Security Policy
Users must keep their app updated to the latest version.
Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
Any security breach may result in legal action.
14. Support & Grievances
For Technical issues, contact support@mikaragir.com.
Technical issues will be reviewed and addressed within 7 working days.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
