📜 IT Policy & Terms for Karagir/Service provider- Mi Karagir Service Platform
1. Introduction
These Terms & IT Policy govern the use of the Mi Karagir App by service providers (“Karagirs”). By registering and using the app, you agree to comply with these terms, policies, and applicable laws.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be 18 years or older to register.
You must provide accurate personal details, including a valid mobile number, government ID (Aadhaar or equivalent), skills certificates and a selfie for verification.
False or misleading information may result in suspension or permanent ban.
3. Account Security
Keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Report any unauthorized access immediately to support@mikaragir.com.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Karagirs must:
Use the app only for legitimate service bookings.
Maintain professional behaviour with customers.
Avoid misuse such as:
Fake job acceptance
Harassment, abusive language, or fraud
Sharing customer data outside the app
Fake skills certificates and knowledge of services
5. Data Privacy & Security
Personal data (ID, certificates, location) is collected for verification and service matching.
Data is stored securely and used only for platform operations.
Karagirs must not misuse or share customer data.
6. Job Acceptance & Service Fee
Each Accepted job/work deducts a Service fee (₹20) from your wallet.
Wallet must be recharged to continue accepting jobs/works and active on platform.
Failure to maintain wallet balance may restrict access to new jobs/works.
This is our startup project so that for receive job/work required some time. Don’t panic. When project run in full phase you will automatically received job/work. Keep always online and live location on.
7. Payments
Customers/users pay to Karagirs directly (cash/UPI) after work completion.
One time Registration Fees Rs 200/- is non refundable. (Rs 100/- will credit to your wallet)
The platform/company is not responsible for disputes over payment amounts.
Karagirs must mark jobs as “Task Complete” only after finishing work.
8. Cancellations
If unable to complete a job, Karagirs must select a valid reason in the app.
Repeated cancellations may lead to penalties or suspension.
9. Ratings & Reviews
Customers may rate and review Karagirs after job completion.
Reviews are public and affect your visibility on the platform.
Fake or manipulated reviews are prohibited.
10. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, and content remain the property of Salota Infotech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
Karagirs may not copy, modify, or distribute app content without permission.
11. Liability & Disclaimer
The platform/company acts only as a digital connector between users and Karagirs.
Karagirs are independent service providers, not employees or agent of the company.
The company is not liable for:
Service quality
Payment disputes
Damages caused during service
In the event of any disputes, complaints, injury or allegations of fraud, both parties shall be equally responsible for resolving such matters. Company /platform shall not bear responsibility in this regard. All disputes shall be resolved through mutual understanding between the parties (Karagirs and Users), and where necessary, in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
12. Termination of Account
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Fraudulent activity
Misuse of customer data
Repeated cancellations or misconduct
13. IT Security Policy
Karagirs must keep their app updated to the latest version.
Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
Any security breach may result in legal action.
14. Support & Grievances
For Technical issues, contact support@mikaragair.com.
Technical issues will be reviewed and addressed within 7 working days.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
